The above-mentioned case will take place as scheduled on Friday, 17 August
2007, Court GD, Pretoria High Court (corner Vermeulen and Andries Street,
Pretoria Central) at 09h00.
The presiding officer will be Judge Eben Jordaan. The proceedings will be in
Afrikaans but the National Prosecuting Authority (NPA) will make copies of the
relevant documentation to be available in English only on Friday.
Journalists are urged to arrive early as there will be no media
accreditation.
A media briefing will be held immediately after the proceedings outside the
court building to clarify any outstanding matters.
