Members of the media are invited to join the Premier, Ebrahim Rasool, on a
visit to the Sultan Bahu Centre, in Mitchell's Plain. This visit forms part of
the Western Cape Government's plan to establish a network of drug
rehabilitation centres that will service the 15 priority areas and 109
vulnerable schools identified in the State of the Province address earlier this
month.

The Sultan Bahu Centre offers workshops to schools, communities and
