The Director-General of the Department of Health, Mr Thami Mseleku, is to
announce the awarding of a multi-million HIV and AIDS communication tender for
the next two financial years.
This communication tender is crucial for effective implementation of the
National Strategic Plan for HIV and AIDS for 2007-2011, which was recently
adopted by Cabinet and South Africa National AIDS Council.
