MEC Mhlahlo will launch the Arrive Alive Campaign

Eastern Cape MEC for Safety, Liaison, Roads and Transport, Thobile Mhlahlo,
will officially launch the Provincial Arrive Alive Campaign on Monday, 3
December 2007.

The launch will start with the opening of the Customer Care Call Centre in
Wilsonia, East London, at 11h00. This will be followed by a roadblock on the N2
near Nahoon Dam outside East London at 13h00.

The Customer Care Call Centre's (DCCC) main function is to ensure a contact
point or a contact centre for staff, customers, stakeholders and the public
where all complaints, inquiries and to inform the department of any
departmental issues, including road accidents, potholes, public transport
challenges, stray animals, etc.
