Please be advised that the President of the Republic of South Africa,
President Thabo Mbeki, will lay a wreath at the monument of the Bhisho
Massacre, just outside Bhisho Stadium. This short ceremony will take place from
10h00 till 10h15. Thereafter President Mbeki will proceed to the Bhisho Stadium
for the Freedom Day celebrations.
