President Thabo Mbeki will, on Thursday, 13 July, officially launch the
African Leadership Group at the Sandton Convention Centre at 19h00.
The African Leadership Group is an initiative seeking to encourage effective
African Leadership in South Africa, as well as in the rest of Africa. Its
objectives include supporting the resolve to make the 21st century a truly
African century, entrenching democracy and encouraging dialogue on leadership
issues.
