President Thabo Mbeki will on Wednesday, 13 December address SASCO's 14th
National Congress to be held at the University of Cape Town.
The Congress will discuss, inter alia, the review of the merger process in
Higher Education, transformation of education in general and the high drop-out
rate in tertiary institutions.
