The President and the Deputy President will be hosting a meeting with an
International Panel of Experts from Harvard, University, Massachusetts
Institute of Technology (MTI) and University of London at the Union Buildings,
from 14:00 to 16:00 today, 19 January 2005.
This panel has been working with the Ministry of Finance to look at how to
address the various constraints to the economy, which included a workshop held
jointly with various local economists focusing on Growth Diagnostics.
Members of the media are invited for a photoâopportunity, 14:00, at the
start of the meeting.
A media briefing will follow at 16:00 at conclusion of meeting.
