Last chance for manual submission of income tax returns

Pretoria: As a gesture of goodwill to taxpayers who have responded to the
call for compliance over the past few months and especially in the last few
days, the South African Revenue Service (SARS) will treat all income tax
returns for 2007 submitted today and by close of business tomorrow (Friday, 2
November) as having been received by the 31 October 2007 deadline.
