The media is hereby invited to a special and significant Medal Parade,
whereby outgoing Divisional Commissioner: Crime Prevention Mafemane Wilson
Makhubela, will be among the recipients of medals for long and faithful
service.
Highly decorated with prestigious medals such as, the SAPS Star for
Outstanding Service (SOE) and the SAPS Star for Outstanding Service
(Gold)(SOE), this father of policing, has been described as someone who had
commitment to the cause of peace, attachment to principle, honesty, simplicity,
humility and personal integrity, courage and a great intellect.
