The MEC of Health, Mr ST Belot, will be hosting the Security Summit for the
Free State Department of Health from 22 to 23 April 2006.
The objectives of the Summit are to:
* support the process of centralisation of Security Services
* launch and ensure complete implementation of the Security Services
Policy
* discuss the implementation and monitoring of Security Services
* develop strategies to improve the rendering of Security Services at all
institutions and at all levels
* create a platform for discussions related to the rendering of Security
Services
* share information between delegates and last of all
* to welcome Security Services personnel to the Free State Department of
Health
The Summit will be attended by 300 delegates from various institutions,
stakeholders and government departments.
