The objective is to strengthen partnerships in the fight against HIV and
AIDS, to mitigate the impact of HIV and AIDS on individuals, families and
communities especially those that are vulnerable and to reinforce the
commitment made by government as well as civil society in the fight against HIV
and AIDS. The theme for this year is "STOP HIV AND AIDS. KEEP THE PROMISE."
