Public Service and Administration on interdict against essential
services workers

The Labour Court has granted a final order late this afternoon, 31 May 2007,
prohibiting labour unions the Congress of South African Trade Unions (Cosatu),
Democratic Nurses Organisation of South Africa (Denosa) and the National
Education Health and Allied Workers Union (Nehawu) from engaging or inciting
essential services workers to participate in the planned public sector
strike.
