Deputy President Mlambo-Ngcuka, in her capacity as acting President, will
tomorrow (Wednesday) May 24 2006, witness the swearing in of the Minister
Elect, Ms Lulama Xingwana as Minister of Agriculture and Land Affairs.
Deputy Chief Justice Judge Dikgang Moseneke will preside over the swearing
in ceremony to be held as follows:
