Deputy President, Phumzile Mlambo-Ngcuka, will tomorrow, Wednesday, 4
October, represent the South African government at the celebrations of the 40th
Anniversary of Lesotho's independence.
This historic event, symbolising Africa's triumph over the forces of
colonialism, will be held at Setsoto Stadium, from 07h00 in the morning.
