Speak-Out Conference in Pretoria

Deputy President Phumzile Mlambo-Ngcuka will, on Tuesday, 8 August, at
16h30, open the Women Speak-Out Conference at Zebra Lodge in Pretoria.
The Deputy President will be accompanied by the Premier of the Eastern Cape,
Ms Nosimo Balindlela, who will also give an address at the conference.
The Women Speak-Out Conference, an initiative of the Linda Gobodo Leadership
Academy (LGLA) in conjunction with Vuka Africa Foundation, will gather 300
influential women from government, business and the private sector for two days
to commemorate the 1956 march to the Union Buildings by women from all sectors
of South African society.
Speakers include amongst others, the first black South African woman
chartered accountant, Nonkululeko Gobodo, the second black South African woman
chartered accountant and Chief Executive Officer of Nkonki Inc, Sindi Zilwa,
and editor of My World Magazine, Lindie Gouws.

Directions from Pretoria:
Travel on the N1 North (Polokwane) highway through Pretoria East. Take the
R513 Wonderboom / Zambezi / Cullinan turn off (exit 152). At the light turn
right towards Cullinan. Travel 1, 2 kilometres (km) to the next traffic light.
Turn left on the R573 KwaMhlanga road. Continue for 29, 6 km.
On your way you will pass the Roodeplaat Dam and the Kloof General Dealer on
your right. As the road bends to the right, you will notice a Zebra Country
Lodge signboard on your left. Turn left onto this gravel road. Follow the Zebra
Country Lodge signs for 2, 7 km to the main entrance on your right-hand
side.
