Deputy President Phumzile Mlambo-Ngcuka will on Monday, March 26, address
the Western Cape Investment and Trade Promotion Agency (Wesgro) at the
International Convention Centre in Cape Town.
The Western Cape Investment and Trade Promotion Agency (Wesgro), a public
entity established by the Western Cape Investment and Trade Promotion Law
Amendment Act 1 2005, receives financial assistance from the Provincial
Government of the Western Cape, the City of Cape Town and from the private
sector.
The Deputy President's address at the Wesgro's general meeting will focus on
the state of the economy and challenges regarding AsgiSA and JIPSA. The Deputy
President views this interaction as crucial since it will serve further to
promote investment and encourage partnerships between the private sector and
government.
