Deputy President Phumzile Mlambo-Ngcuka will tomorrow, 20 September 2006,
address the Senior Management Service (SMS) Conference gala dinner.

The SMS conference, to be held from 20 - 21 September 2006, will serve as a
platform from which senior managers within the public service deliberate on,
amongst others, capacity needs for sustainable growth and development, halving
unemployment and poverty by 2014, and ensuring an improved service delivery
within all tiers of government.
