The National Youth Commission (NYC) Chairperson, Jabu Mbalula, will convene
the Youth Commission Chairpersons' Forum at the Airport Grand Hotel and
Conference Centre in Johannesburg on Monday and Tuesday, 27 and 28 February
2006.
The purpose of the gathering will be to finalise a national programme on the
30th Anniversary of 16 June 1976, Soweto uprisings.
The NYC Chairperson will also send a message urging youth to vote in the
local government elections on Wednesday, 1 March 2006.
In attendance will be Chairpersons of Provincial Youth Commissions from all
nine provinces.
