North West Public Works to hold memorial service for S Sigcau, 12

The national Department of Public Works in conjunction with the North West
Provincial Department of Public Works will host a memorial service in honour of
the late Minster of Public Works, Honourable Ms Stella Sigcau, and MP as
follows:

The service will afford employees of the departments and the public an
opportunity to pay tribute to this courageous and remarkable servant of the
people who passed away on Sunday, 7 May 2006.
