The Gauteng Housing MEC, Nomvula Mokonyane, in partnership with the
Ekurhuleni Metropolitan Municipality, will launch the Winnie Mandela and
Tswelopele housing development project in Tembisa.
A total of 8 460 available stands will be provided with top structures and
other social amenities through the Community Builder's Programme.
The project is part of the government's strategy to eradicate all the
informal settlements by 2014.
