identity documents to 500 orphans in Limpopo

The Minister of Home Affairs, Ms Nosiviwe Mapisa-Nqakula, will be handing
over birth certificates and identity documents to orphans at Thohoyandou in
Limpopo. More than 500 orphans, mostly girls, have been identified at
Thohoyandou in Venda and surrounding areas. These orphans will be able to
access social grants once the department has issued them with enabling
documents. This event forms part of the women�s month celebration.
