Mission

South Africaâs former President Mr Nelson Mandela is to meet the African
Peer Review Mechanism (APRM) Country Review Mission on 12 July 2006. The
Country Review Team, led by Prof Adebayo Adedeji of Nigeria, is on a mission as
from 11 July to 25 July 2006.
The mission will engage with stakeholders on the Country Self-Assessment
Report prior to its release. Minister Geraldine Fraser-Moleketi as the Focal
Point and the Chairperson of the APRM Governing Council will accompany the
mission.
