The National Convener of the 16 Days of Activism for No Violence against
Women and Children, Ms Nomatyala Hangana, invites media to a briefing on 19
November 2007.
The purpose of the briefing is to inform media about the objectives of the
campaign and planned events that will highlight the problem of gender based
violence.
Ms Hangana will brief media on the highlights of this year's campaign;
planned events; objectives and also provide progress that has been made on the
365 days national action plan that was launched at the beginning of the
year.
