The Minister of Correctional Services, Honourable Ngconde Balfour will on
Monday, 16 October 2006, address a media briefing to unveil the department's
Anti-Corruption campaign of "naming and shaming" and also reflect on the
progress made in the investigations into cases related to corruption.
