Deputy Minister of Higher Education, Science and Innovation, Mr Buti Manamela, will give a keynote address at the Vhembe TVET College 60th anniversary celebration event, at the Makwarela Campus in Thohoyandou on Friday, 31 March 2023.
Vhembe TVET College is the first technical college in the Vhembe region and was established in 1963. It has gone through different changes in addressing the skills needs of South African since then.
Today, the College is one of the progressive TVET Colleges, with coherent systems and initiatives that effectively support teaching and learning.
In its 60 years of existence the college has produced people of prominence in various fields of trade.
