The Minister of Health, Dr Manto Tshabalala-Msimang will be in Parliament
tomorrow (Wednesday, May 23) to address the Candlelight Memorial service. This
commemorative event is organised every year to remember those who have died as
a result of conditions relating to HIV and AIDS.
