A delegation from the German province of Baden-W�rttemberg, led by
Minister-President G�nther H. Oettinger, will meet with Gauteng Premier
Mbhazima Shilowa on Tuesday, 28 August 2007.
The meeting between the Premier and Minister-President Oettinger is in line
with the plan to develop Gauteng as a globally competitive city region and will
focus on trade and investment, research and innovation, skills development and
sport.
Baden-W�rttemberg is one of Europe's leading technology regions and has a
high export quota and a closely-meshed network of research institutes.
