The Minister of Labour, Membathisi Mdladlana, will officially open the
national congress of Utatu near Benoni on the East Rand tomorrow, Tuesday, 28
November 2006.
The event will be held at Willpark Conference Centre. Utatu's three-day
congress ends on Friday.
