There will be a signing of a Framework Co-operation Agreement between the
Republic of South Africa and the Central African Republic on Friday, 28 April
2006, at the Sheraton Hotel. The Minister of Defence, Minister Mosiuoa Lekota,
will sign on behalf of South Africa and Minister S Maliko, the Minister of the
Economy, Planning and International Co-operation, will sign on behalf of the
Central African Republic.
Media is invited to attend the signing ceremony.
