In accordance with the Departmentâs strategic vision to give expression to
its commitment to be caring, compassionate and responsive, Mr Malusi Gigaba
will today visit offices in KwaZulu Natal province.
The Deputy Minister will visit and engage staff members at the
Pietermaritzburg Office around the improvement of service delivery.
Central to the Deputy Ministerâs visit is a surprise visits and staff
meeting to enable him to get a sense of the impact the Department is making on
the quality of lives of the citizens.
Given the importance of the service the Department provides, the Deputy
Minister will also engage staff members thus allowing them to make proposals on
how best to improve our service.
With the Deputy Ministerâs visit to KwaZulu Natal, it is our belief that our
officials will help give concrete resonance to governmentâs commitment to build
a South Africa that truly belongs to all who live in it.
