The Deputy Minister of Correctional Services, Loretta Jacobus, will address
a gathering during the commemoration of National World AIDS Day at the
Drakenstein Correctional Centre, previously known as Victor Vester Prison, in
the Western Cape at 09h00 on 30 November 2007. At the same event, the Deputy
Minister will also release the latest prevalence survey statistics and announce
the rollout of ARV centres around the country.
