K Lekgoro to visit tortured toddler and family, 28 Aug

Gauteng MEC for Social Development Kgaogelo Lekgoro will visit the family of
18 month old Seiso Ratsoana, who was tortured last week allegedly by two
boys.

Lekgoro will also visit the families of the children allegedly involved in
the torturing of Seiso, who is currently being treated at the Odi Hospital in
Mabopane.

The MEC expressed shock at the toddler’s ordeal and would like to understand
what the parents of the affected children are going through.

After the hospital visit the MEC will proceed to the house of the victim’s
family and the families of the alleged child attackers.
