Johannesburg: Transport Minister Jeff Radebe will officially launch the Rail
Safety Inspectorate and undertake on-site safety checks on trains.
The inspection will focus particularly on Metro Rail's action plans to
address some identified dangers on the trains, such as:
* defective doors
* missing windows
* train wheel defects
* defective brakes.
