"Transport Month launch"

Midrand, Johannesburg - Transport Minister, Mr Jeff Radebe, will officially
launch October Transport Month 2006, detailing a calendar of planned activities
to be undertaken during the month of October in the country.
The Minister will officially launch the Intelligent Transport Systems
Project on the Ben Schoeman Highway, initiated by the South African National
Roads Agency Limited (SANRAL).
A press briefing will be held during the launch. Details of the launch are
as follows:
