Africa Human Rights Day commemoration

You are invited to Africa Human Rights Day celebrations at the QwaQwa
University Campus Hall on Saturday, 21 October 2006, at 10h00.

The Cultural, Religious and Linguistic Communities (CRL) Rights Commission,
Electoral Commission of South Africa (IEC), Commission on Gender Equality
(CGE), South African Human Rights Commission (SAHRC) and the United Nations
Office of the High Commissioner on Human Rights (UNOHCHR) will commemorate and
celebrate Africa Human Rights Day this year with the people of the Thabo
Mofutsanyana District Municipality in QwaQwa in the Free State province.

The theme for the celebrations is "Challenges of Language and Fundamental
Human Rights in Africa".
