Independent Communications Authority of South Africa on appointment of
Chief Executive Officer

The Independent Communications Authority of South Africa is pleased to
announce the appointment of Karabo Motlana as its new Chief Executive Officer
as from 3 September 2007. The Authority looks forward to working with him and
believes he will be of assistance in meeting the challenges that lie ahead and
fulfilling its mandate.
