The newly formed Complaints and Compliance Committee "CCC" of the
Independent Communications Authority of South Africa (Icasa) will have its
first hearing take place as follows:
Date: 25 and 26 April 2007
Venue: The Presentation Room Block C, Pinmill Farm, 164 Kathrine Street,
Sandton
The following licensees will be heard:

Date: 25 April 2007
Time: 09h00 to 12h30
Lentswe Community Radio
Date: 25 April 2007
Time: 13h30 to 15h00
Radio Mafisa
Date: 26 April 2007
Time: 09h00 to 13h00
The committee will adjudicate complaints pertaining to alleged
non-compliance of their licence conditions. The Complaints and Compliance
Committee has been established in terms of the Icasa Amendment Act 3 of 2006
which states that the committee shall not consist of more than seven members,
one of whom must be a councillor. The committee consists of the
following:

2. Jacobus van Rooyen (Councillor)
3. Daniel Moalosi
4. Nomveliso Ntanjana
5. Refiloe Mzisa
6. Surendra Thakur
7. Grathel Motau
