IEC to send ballot papers for elections in the DRC

The first flight with ballot papers for the elections in the Democratic
Republic of Congo (DRC) will leave South Africa on Saturday, 10 June 2006, at
5h00 to arrive four hours later in Kinshasa (8h00 local time).
There seems to be considerable diplomatic and media interest in Kinshasa in
the arrival of the first ballot papers and the information is brought to your
attention should you be interested in covering the event.
