Enquiry into the National Director of Public Prosecutions

The submission from government to the enquiry being conducted by Frene
Ginwala was received today and a copy has been transmitted to Advocate
Pikoli.
Kasper Hahndiek, former Secretary to the National Assembly, has been
appointed as the Secretary to the Enquiry with Lawson Naidoo as the Deputy
Secretary.
