Joseph Hospital
19 November 2007
The Gauteng Department of Public Transport, Roads and Works will immediately
replace eight air conditioner compressor machines at Helen Joseph Hospital at a
cost of R350 000, following the recent collapse of the old ones that were
obsolete and could no longer be saved through maintenance.
Two of the new machines have already been instilled, and the rest will be
fully operational before the end of the week ending 24 November 2007. As guided
by Batho Pele principal, the department apologises for any inconvenience caused
to the public during the installation.
