Urgent investigation launched at Kalafong Hospital

The Gauteng Health Department has launched an urgent investigation into an
incident that left three people injured at Kalafong Hospital in Pretoria
yesterday. The department deeply regrets the incident.
Indications suggest that the incident happened outside the hospital
premises; however, further information will be made available as soon as the
investigation is concluded.
Senior officials from the department will visit the hospital and the victims
today to determine what transpired.
