The National Anti-Corruption Forum (NACF) to discuss progress
on implementation of the 2nd national anti-corruption summit; business's
comments on the bribe-payer's index and the national anti-corruption hotline
trends

The NACF comprising business, civil society and government, will hold its
last meeting for 2006 in Pretoria tomorrow, Tuesday, 5 December.

The meeting will amongst others, discuss the following issues:

Progress made on the implementation of the 2nd Anti-Corruption Summit
resolutions including the National Anti-Corruption Programme (NAP); sectoral
plans to take forward the NACF pledge which was launched in Parliament in
August this year; the ethical environment within the business sector and
business's comments on the bribe-payer's index, as well as an analysis of
trends in terms of cases reported to the National Anti-Corruption Hotline for
the Public Service.

The media is invited to a briefing that will be held after the NACF meeting.
This media briefing that will be addressed by the Chairperson of the NACF,
Minister Geraldine Fraser-Moleketi, will be held as follows:
