Public Service and Administration Minister Geraldine Fraser-Moleketi invites
all the media to the sixth Annual Service Delivery Learning Academy, to be held
from Tuesday, 14 August to Thursday, 16 August 2007 at the Emperors Palace in
Kempton Park.
The Minister's address will focus on "Enhancing public participation in
governance: some lessons from the African Peer Review Mechanism (APRM)" and
will be delivered as follows:
