World No Tobacco Day

31 May 2006

The theme for this year is "Tobacco, deadly in any form or disguise" and the
focus will be on raising awareness amongst school communities on the bad
effects of tobacco use, be it in any form or disguise and helping them make
informed and healthy choices.

Hoffman Square at 09h30

Briefing and cutting of the ribbon Dr RD Chapman, Acting HOD, Health. A 30
minutes health walk from Hoffman Square to Old Grey Sports Club.
NB: Please wear attire suitable for a walk.

* presentations on tobacco prevention, quitting and dangers of tobacco
use,

* dramatisation depicting tobacco use,
* entertainment for learners through music.
