Department of Foreign Affairs confirms death of South African

The Department of Foreign Affairs has been informed by its High Commission
in Kampala, Uganda of the death of a South African following the crash of the
aircraft he was piloting on Wednesday, 26 September 2007.
The Department of Foreign Affairs, together with its mission in Kampala,
will render consular assistance to Fugro Airborne Surveys to assist with the
repatriation to South Africa of the mortal remains of the deceased.
The Department of Foreign Affairs extends its deepest condolences to the
family and loved ones of the deceased.
