Deputy Minister Sue van der Merwe to address Wesgro Business Forum

Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Sue van der Merwe will present a keynote
address to the Western African Business Forum being hosted by Wesgro, the
official Trade and Investment Promotion Agency for the Western Cape on Friday,
24 August 2007.
Deputy Minister van der Merwe will share her thoughts on fostering closer
business and political ties between South Africa and Africa.
The Western African Business Forum will see a team of experts from the South
Africa-Angola Chamber of Commerce, the South Africa-Nigeria Chamber of Commerce
as well as Sub-Saharan Africa Built Environment discuss the challenges and
rewards that exporting to Africa holds for local business and the role that
business chambers play in facilitating intra-African trade.
