Right holders in the Traditional Line Fish and Hake Handline sectors are
advised that from 1 April 2007 all vessels involved in these fisheries must
have functional Vessel Monitoring System installed as per requirement
stipulated in the respective 2007 permit conditions. Right holders who are
unable to comply with this permit conditions requirement may submit in writing
reason(s) for failure to do so on or before 16 April 2007.
