Kindly be advised that the Department of Environmental Affairs and Tourism,
Branch: Marine and Coastal Management's Deputy Director-General has decided to
extend the closing date for appeals in the Netfish (Gillnet / Driftnet)
fishery.
The closing date and time is now Friday, 27 October 2006, at 14h00.
Appeals must be submitted to the Department of Environmental Affairs and
Tourism, for Attention: Mr Raymond Scott, Sub-directorate: Allocations and
Verification, 6th Floor, Foretrust Building, Cape Town and only by registered
mail or hand delivered. No emails and faxes are allowed and no provisions are
made for oral hearings.
