The Department of Education will host a three-day Human Rights Education
Youth Workshop at the Badplaas Aventura Resort in Mpumalanga.
The objective of the workshop is to introduce the youth to human rights and
the Universal Declaration of Human Rights; connect human rights issues to
women's rights; establish a secure and safe working environment.
The Human Rights Education Youth Workshop is intended to promote the values
of education and democracy in the youth, particularly in schools.
